Last weekend I took a ride out into the desert. We are on the north edge of a giant desert area that includes a good part of Idaho, Oregon and Nevada. It is called the Owyhees. 

One of the reasons I love living in this area is that wonderful desert. Most people don't appreciate desert so there is not too many people around.
