My father's grandparents.
He was the ancestor who was the prisoner of war.
One of my uncles lived in the south much of his life.
"You are a yankee?" one of his parishioners declared.
Well, my grandfather fought in the war between the states on the confederate side.
"You are still a yankee."
You can't win them all.
