This is a tiny house that has a lot of character.
It is new, so it can have all of the "modern" goodies, but on a small scale.
Probably not a good place to raise a half dozen teen age kids, but pretty good for a couple.

Really is amazing how big our homes are now compared to not that many years ago.
I'd have a little trouble hauling my horse feed sacks in the smaller car though.
I've seen pictures of these tiny houses recently. Some think it's the wave of the future. I'm not sure about that but it would be perfect for me. Now the tiny car though, I just couldn't deal with.
I like that house. The wood is especially eye catching.
My house is large but cut up into small rooms. We rent and this isn't something I would consider buying. I could handle a smaller house as long as the rooms were a decent size and not so terribly small that they are nonfunctional.
